Isıcam Systems, manufactured by Isıcam Authorized Manufacturers, is the trademark for the insulating glass unit that undergoes regular inspections by Şişecam Float Glass. Insulating glass is created by merging two or more glass plates under controlled factory conditions and filling the gap between them with dry air or suitable gases at ambient pressure.

The insulating glass unit produced by Isıcam Authorized Manufacturers and subject to inspections by Şişecam Float Glass is marketed under the name Isıcam Systems. The manufacturing process involves bringing two or more glass plates together under controlled factory conditions and filling the gap between them with dry air or appropriate gases at ambient pressure to create insulating glass.

Isıcam Systems offers a 10-year warranty against deterioration between two glasses for its product groups, specifically the Isıcam C-S-K series. However, non-standard glasses like shaped, tiled, or perforated ones do not fall under this warranty.

Depending on the glass characteristics, Isıcam Systems satisfies one or more requirements: thermal insulation, noise control, solar control, safety, and security. Customers can choose from three different series and additional features.

Isıcam Systems typically employs combinations of 4 mm glass with either a 12 mm or 16 mm spacer bar. Glass thicknesses range from 4 to 6 mm, while space bar thicknesses can be 9-22 mm.

Thermal Transmittance Coefficient (U-value) (W/m2K) measures glass’s thermal insulation capacity. A lower U-value indicates better thermal insulation, resulting in less heating costs and more comfortable winters. The thermal insulation of Isıcam Systems improves with thicker space bars and the use of Argon gas between the glasses.

Our company offers a range of glazing bead options for Isıcam Systems. Glazing beads come in different colors and can be used decoratively to create both unity and diversity in various spaces. By joining with space bars through staples, glazing beads can form various geometric shapes with different widths and decorative options. However, the warranty does not cover double glazing with glazing bead.
