Orders and Returns

Placing an Order

To place an order, simply browse our selection of tempered glass products and add the items you want to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, you’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, so you can choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you.

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order details and expected delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged or used.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team right away. We’ll work with you to replace the item or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.
